Health-care communications company Information Display Systems (IDS) Canada is using Signagelive's system-on-a-chip (SoC) software for its newly expanded digital signage network in more than 200 waiting rooms across the country.

Through the new collaboration, the digital poster network—featuring relevant 30-second ads—is expanding by 50 screens, including 25 in each of Vancouver and Montreal, which will officially be launched this August. Next, IDS expects to add another 50 across Edmonton, Calgary and Ottawa by early 2017, bring the total to more than 250.

“The software's design simplicity has allowed for easy training of operators,” says Nick O'Brien, senior director of business development and operations for IDS. “As we continue to build our network of physician clinics nationwide, Signagelive builds with us.”
