The next generation of digital supercast film has arrived with the Avery Dennison MPI 1105 and the digital overlaminate (DOL) Z series, which combine to provide reliable, durable performance for all vehicle and outdoor graphics.

The new MPI 1105 is an ultra-conformable film that merges premium polyvinyl chloride (PVC) facestock with a long-term removable (LTR) adhesive. This powerful combination delivers reliable and superior print quality across all platforms, with instant adaptability to a broad range of applications' needs. Recommended uses include full or partial vehicle wraps, truck branding and outdoor signage.

MPI 1105 is available with Easy Apply™ air egress technology to help eliminate wrinkles and bubbles, Easy Apply RS for repositionability and slideability—i.e. the film can be moved easily before pressure is applied—and Gloss Opaque LTR to provide quick and easy application and removal.

Avery Dennison has optimized its DOL portfolio to perform with this upgraded print media. The new MPI 1105 supercast films are compatible with the new DOL 1000Z, 1300Z and 1460Z series, along with existing DOL 6460 and 6040 overlaminates.
