The Window Film Company has won the‘Excellence in Customer Service’category at the annual Bucks Business Awards, scooping the award ahead of a record number of entrants.

The company, which is a leader in the supply and installation of window film, as well as the printing and fitting of full colour graphics and other decorative solutions, serves a diverse range of domestic and corporate customers.

The judges considered the scope of the company's business plan,the details of its financial performance and customer testimonies before visiting its premises and speaking to its staff in order to gain a full understanding and appreciation of exactly how it operates. They later reported that they were very impressed by the way in which it delvers consistently high standards of customer service.

Commenting on the win, the company's founder and Managing Director, Micky Calcott explained: “I'm incredibly proud of my colleagues and their commitment, but while we'll take some time out to enjoy the success, our plan is to ensure that we continue to improve and to deliver the best possible service to each and every one of our customers.”
