Chesterton, Indiana-based Starin, a marketing consulting company that distributes audio-visual equipment into a wide variety of industries, announces three new additions to its team.

The company announces Greg Dieckhaus as a business development team leader. Dieckhaus has more than three decades experience in the A/V and communications business, and was most recently employed as a manager at Whitlock. In his new role he will be leading the business development team that covers the Southeast and parts of the Midwest.

Rick Sanchez joins Starin as a business development manager. Sanchez was most recently the senior inside sales manager at JB&A Distribution. In his new role he'll be leading the business development team that covers the West Coast and several states in the Rockies.

Finally, Starin announces that Chris Klein is joining the company's growing education division as the newest member of its market development team. Klein most recently worked at SMART Technologies and as vice president of LearnPad, a maker of tablets used in classrooms.
