Sunbrella® will introduce the new Sunbrella® Shade and Marine Fabric collection at IFAI Expo, October 1-4, 2019 in Orlando, Florida, demonstrating the Sunbrella promise of worry-free performance as the brand encourages the trade to use its products to “Make Shade Do More.” The shade portfolio encourages innovation, so customers can let their creativity shine, whether on land or water.
“The focus of 2019 was to continue to improve in both performance and design, constantly working to make shade do more for our customers,” said Greg Rosendale, Business Manager, Distribution and A&D for Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, LLC. “We’re continuing to deliver on Sunbrella’s sixty years of innovation as we introduce new and exciting colorways and patterns, always offering variety in the marketplace.”
For the 2019 IFAI Expo, Sunbrella introduces three new Pendleton® by Sunbrella stripe patterns—Olympic Ember, Yakima Apple, and Grand Canyon—honoring the heritage of America’s national parks and the great outdoors. Colors and variations of the original striped theme have been adapted to reflect distinguished characteristics of each park.
The collection celebrates the history and strength of both brands, combining the distinct Pendleton aesthetic and the enduring performance qualities of Sunbrella fabrics. Each pattern is supported by a range of other Sunbrella colors and patterns that perfectly complement these inspired designs.
In addition, Sunbrella will introduce several new colorways to the Unique Shade fabrics collection, allowing fabricators to continue to explore the varying patterns and colors. Nebula and Meteor were introduced last year and will continue to join Avenues, Alloy, and Unity as dynamic shade solutions, now available in more than twenty colorways overall.
