InPrint 2016 now 80 percent sold

2016-02-23

Following the success of InPrint 2015, show organiser, FM Brooks, has reported record bookings for its InPrint 2016 show in Milan (15th-17th November), with80 percent of floor space sold, and several months still to go.

InPrint co-founder, Marcus Timson commented: “We are delighted with the show’s progress to date and the fact that it’s been resoundingly supported by the market, is we believe, a great sign for the industrial print sector. It also clearly underlines print’s continued ability to meet the manufacturing challenges of a huge number of vertical markets.

He added: “The show’s overall objectives remain the same – to inspire a dynamically changing manufacturing marketplace, providing unique access to industrial print technologies, knowledge and expertise. This year’s event in Milan will build on this and is designed to further extend and grow the InPrint community, while also unlocking new business potential for both exhibitors and visitors.”

Connecting industrial print professionals with potential customers and partners, the success and growth of the first two editions of InPrint, and now InPrint 2016, proves that industrial printing is a compelling market for investment and innovation. Hosting market leading solutions, as well as exciting new print developments, InPrint 2016 will further demonstrate how industrial print is adding considerable value to manufacturing workflows, by providing cost effective, fast and dynamic print solutions.

Co-founder Frazer Chesterman, concluded: “We chose to locate InPrint 2016 in Milan because, outside of Germany, Lombardy is the largest manufacturing region in Europe. Italy’s leadership in textiles is well known, but other decorative segments are thriving in Northern Italy too. These include wood decoration and lamination, glass, plastics, ceramics, packaging and the famous Italian automotive industry.

“InPrint 2016 will showcase all these technologies as well the latest market leading screenprinting and digital inkjet developments. We are very pleased with progress to date, and if demand continues, we expect to extend the current InPrint 2016 floor space to meet expectations.”
