SNA Displays recently manufactured a 1.5 mm touchscreen LED display for Hines, one of the largest privately held real estate investors and managers in the world. Audio-video integrator and project lead AVDG installed the interactive LED screen at the company’s regional headquarters in Manhattan’s Hudson Square.
The 135” ASPECT™ all-in-one LED video wall measures 5’6” tall x 9’10” wide (1,080 x 1,920 pixels) and processes more than 2 million pixels. It is equipped with infrared touch technology, allowing users to navigate the display via physical touch. The screen employs glue-on-board (GOB) pixel packaging and coating, providing a smooth and durable surface.
AVDG installed the ASPECT™ display system into a recessed wall in the company’s Innovation Room along with video cameras on either side of the screen.
“The touch response on this screen is incredible,” said Andrew Perucki, project manager for SNA Displays. “Combined with the ease of installation, this technology is likely to set the new standard for collaboration spaces like Hines’ Innovation Room.”
