Atlanta-based Exploring Inc., the parent company of several other Atlanta companies that operate in a variety of industries, announces its purchase of printing house GCI Graphics, also based in Atlanta.

Founded in 1992, GCI is a full-service printer that operates out of a state-of-the-art 40,000-square-foot facility. Its purchase will allow the other Exploring companies to offer a wide range of in-house printing and graphics capabilities, including indoor/outdoor media displays; point-of-purchase signage and displays; architectural and building signage; stage graphics and tents; commercial vehicle graphics; and more.

Since May 2015, Exploring has grown with the acquisitions of Chisel 3D, Atlantis Waterjet, and now GCI Graphics. Its companies touch a variety of industries, including exhibits and events; hospitality; commercial and retail; architectural; automotive; and museums.
