Scala, a Malvern, Pennsylvania-based provider of end-to-end software solutions for visual communications, including digital signage, announces that Harry Horn has been appointed vice president and general manager for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

Horn will oversee efforts in sales, marketing, finances, services and support in the EMEA region from the company's Sittard, Netherlands, office. In addition, he will continue overseeing Scala's marketing strategy as global marketing vice president.

Horn joined Scala in 2010 with more than 20 years experience and in 2012 took over the company's global marketing. A portion of his new duties will include participating in speaking engagements and industry interviews, such as the panel discussion he'll be a part of this month at the Digital Signage Summit 2016 this month in Germany.
