Shoreview, Minnesota-based Deluxe Corp., providers of marketing and logo design, business checks and forms and the parent company of Dallas-based Safeguard, which provides similar products, announces it has acquired InkHead.com, a Winder, Georgia-based online company focused on the advertising specialty market.

Deluxe says it believes adding InkHead.com to its portfolio it will strengthen its presence in the online market, a growing avenue that today accounts for more than 20 percent of overall promotional product sales.

Deluxe Corp.'s small business services provides end-to-end marketing solutions for small businesses, from website development to logos to email marketing and printed products.
