The successful series of workshops designed to help sign and print companies to expand their knowledge of new applications and opportunities that have been run by Antalis UK have now been further developed to include colour management.
Following on from last year’s successful programme, which saw workshops taking place in seven locations across the UK, Antalis will be hosting an initial 12 workshops with the promise of more as the year progresses.
Commenting on the programme, Giles Bristow, Digital Support Manager for Antalis said: “This year’s workshops will seek to offer attendees an opportunity to learn new skills to develop their businesses, such as the Introduction to the Large Format Market, Printers and Applications Workshop on 28th January, while also enabling them to improve efficiency of their current operations”.
He added: “Improving efficiency is clearly a theme in the following workshop, which is entitled Introduction to Static Control in Digital Print on 25th February and aimed at anyone who is interested in gaining a greater understanding of the issues that static electricity can cause in digital print and finding solutions to prevent static affecting quality, productivity and operator shocks.”
Colour Management is a key area of activity that is represented in five of the 12 workshops and also included in the new EFI Fiery XF RIP Training workshop that takes place on 17th February.
Independent experts in their respective fields will tutor all workshops, each of which will include only eight attendees and places are thus extremely limited.
