The Easymount Air Laminator from Vivid Laminating Technologies has been nominated for the Wide-Format & Signage 2016 Readers’ Choice Top Product Awards in the United States.

   The Easymount Air uses pneumatic air pressure to control the laminating rollers, enabling users to mount and laminate with Improved accuracy at speeds up to 10m/33 feet a minute, which allows the rollers to adjust to the exact thickness and pressure required, delivering faster production times. The top roller ‘floats’ down, ensuring Foamex and fluted boards aren’t crushed and, when they achieve the correct substrate thickness, they can be locked in place to maintain the required gap, ensuring that board feeding is both faster and more precise.
